High Impact Improvements:
1. Lay of the Land
Mapped the landscape by reviewing existing documentation, evaluating current screens, and analyzing workflows to understand context and uncover opportunity areas.
Conducted a full screen audit, tagging what worked, what needed improvement, and where usability could be enhanced – Total 65 screens
Mapped the existing information architecture and workflows to identify gaps and highlight key pain points
Designed optimized user flows to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
2. Ideation
Started with quick solo paper sketches, then facilitated team brainstorms in Mural/Figjam to drive divergent thinking and expand ideas and take into wireframing.
My Initial Sketch Ideation
3. Visualization
Created three distinct visual concepts to help the client explore different styles and select a refreshed brand direction
Range of Visual Themes
4. Hi-Fi Frames
After the client selects a theme, I apply it across all wireframes—refining visuals at this stage to fine-tune details and ensure consistency
5. Mockups, Prototype & Handoff
Once the theme is finalized, I translate wireframes into high-fidelity mockups and build prototypes to showcase the user flows to test and refine.
